1. Cancellation Policy

Digital Products: Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, cancellations are not allowed.

Custom Orders: If you have placed a custom design order, you can request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, work may have already started, and cancellation may not be possible.
2. Refund Policy

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not provided once the file has been delivered.

Custom Orders: Partial refunds may be available if the design work has not been completed. However, once the final design is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
3. Exceptions & Special Cases

If there is an issue with a digital file (corrupt file, incorrect format, etc.), we will provide a replacement file.

Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or incorrect product selection.

If a dispute arises, we will work with the customer to find the best resolution.
