RickyLaserArt provides online tools and resources for makers, designers, and CNC professionals, including but not limited to:
Engraving Art Studio – an AI-assisted web tool that converts user-supplied photographs into vector line art (SVG, PNG, DXF) intended for laser engraving and CNC use Image-to-DXF & SVG conversion tools for CNC machines and laser cutters Telegram Bot – access to selected conversion tools via Telegram Blog & Resources – tutorials, guides, and educational content Digital Products – premium designs, templates, and design files Future Tools – additional laser, CNC, and design tools as we expand the platform
Output quality depends on input quality, AI model behaviour, and machine settings, and is provided on an “as is” basis. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
2.1 Independent Tools
Each tool on the RickyLaserArt platform operates as an independent product with its own account system, pricing, credits, and feature set. Unless explicitly stated on the pricing page of a specific tool:
A subscription, credit pack, or paid plan purchased for one tool does not grant access to any other tool Account login credentials, credits, and subscription status are not shared across tools Free usage limits (such as free conversions or trials) apply per tool and are tracked independently Cancelling or refunding one tool’s plan does not affect any other tool you may be subscribed to
You are responsible for managing each tool’s subscription separately. We recommend reviewing your active subscriptions periodically across all tools you use.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
3.2 Account Creation
We use Google Sign-In (OAuth) as our primary authentication method. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your Google email address, display name, and profile picture for the purpose of account creation and identification.

3.3 Account Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm our platform, our users, or third parties.
4. Plans, Credits, and Payments
4.1 Plan Types
The Service offers a combination of free and paid plans, which may include:
Free Preview – limited free usage (e.g., 1 lifetime conversion) for non-commercial evaluation One-Time Credit Packs – credits purchased upfront with no recurring billing (credits never expire) Monthly Subscriptions – recurring plans that renew automatically until cancelled, with credits resetting on each renewal date Annual Subscriptions – where offered, billed yearly with the same auto-renewal mechanic Digital Products – one-time purchases of design files, templates, or resources
Specific plan details, credit allowances, and prices are listed on the pricing page of each tool and may change with notice. Existing subscriptions are honoured at the original price for the current billing period.
Important: Each tool has its own pricing and plan structure. A plan purchased for one tool (e.g., Engraving Art Studio) does not provide access to any other tool (e.g., DXF Converter, Box Generator, Auto Scale DXF, etc.). Please verify which tool you are purchasing for before completing checkout.
4.2 Payment Processors
All payments are processed by secure third-party payment partners. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Currently we use:
PayPal – for international customers (one-time payments and subscriptions) Razorpay – for Indian customers (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and subscription mandates), where available Other processors – we may add or change processors as the Service grows; the active processor will always be displayed at checkout
By purchasing a plan, you authorize the relevant payment partner to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, including any taxes (such as GST in India) collected on our behalf.
4.3 Currencies & Taxes
- Prices may be displayed in USD, INR, or other applicable currencies. Where required by law, applicable taxes (including GST) will be calculated and added at checkout. International transactions may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
4.4 Subscription Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected] Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period – you retain access to paid features until then No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law Upon cancellation, monthly subscription credits are forfeited at period-end; one-time credits remain in your account until used

4.5 Failed Payments
5. License to Use Outputs
5.1 What You Get
Subject to your active plan and these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the line art, vector files, and other outputs you generate through the Service ("Outputs"), according to the plan you are subscribed to.

5.2 Commercial Use Defined
“Commercial use” includes – but is not limited to – selling engraved or cut goods, using outputs in paid client work, incorporating outputs into products you sell, and using outputs in advertising or marketing for a business.
5.3 What Happens If You Cancel
For subscription plans: your commercial use license remains valid for outputs generated while your subscription was active, even after you cancel. You may continue to sell goods made from those outputs. However, you cannot generate new commercial-use outputs without an active subscription.
5.4 Attribution
Attribution is not required but appreciated.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Inputs and Outputs
Inputs – You retain full ownership of the photographs, images, and other materials you upload (“Inputs”)
Outputs – You own the line art and vector files you generate, subject to the license terms in Section 5 and your representations in Section 6.2
6.2 Your Representations
By uploading any Input, you represent and warrant that:
You own the Input or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use it The Input does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights The Input does not contain images of identifiable individuals used without their consent The Input complies with our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 7)
You are solely responsible for your Inputs and for any Outputs you generate, share, or commercially exploit.
6.3 Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of RickyLaserArt – including the website design, logos, trademarks, software, AI prompts and pipelines, brand elements, blog posts, tutorials, and digital products – are owned by RickyLaserArt or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our website, tools, or proprietary content Reproduce or redistribute our blog posts, tutorials, or premium designs without written authorization Remove copyright or proprietary notices from our materials Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or AI models
6.4 Nature of AI-Generated Output
Outputs are generated using artificial intelligence and may not be unique – other users with similar Inputs may receive similar Outputs. We make no warranty regarding the originality, copyrightability, or non-infringement of Outputs. The legal status of AI-generated work continues to evolve, and you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

8. Image Processing & Data Handling
8.1 How Your Files Are Handled
Inputs are uploaded to secure servers (currently Google Cloud Platform) for processing
AI processing is performed using third-party AI services (currently the Gemini API)
Inputs and Outputs are automatically deleted from our processing servers within 30 days unless you have explicitly saved them to your account
We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models – neither ours nor any third party’s
8.2 Output Quality Disclaimer
Conversion accuracy depends on Input image quality, lighting, contrast, and subject matter We do not guarantee perfect or commercially-usable results from every Input You are responsible for reviewing all Outputs before using them on CNC machines, laser cutters, or in any commercial context We are not liable for material damage, equipment damage, wasted materials, or project failures resulting from the use of Outputs

9. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party providers (including Google Cloud, the Gemini API, our payment processors, and our hosting providers) and may be temporarily affected by their outages, rate limits, or policy changes.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or factors outside our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL TOOLS, AI OUTPUTS, BLOG CONTENT, AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including:
Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of conversion results or AI Outputs Non-infringement of third-party intellectual property rights Uninterrupted or error-free operation Compatibility of Outputs with all CNC machines, laser cutters, or design software
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or produce perfect results for every Input.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages We shall not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, material costs, equipment damage, or wasted resources We shall not be liable for personal injury or property damage arising from your use of Outputs on physical machinery
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise), and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow such limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to access the Service ceases immediately We may delete your account data, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., financial records under Indian tax law) Unused subscription credits are forfeited; one-time credits remain available until used or until the account is deleted Provisions that should survive termination (Sections 5.3 commercial license, 6 IP, 11 disclaimers, 12 liability, 13 indemnification, 15 governing law) remain in full force
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within 14 days and work in good faith toward resolution.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, India, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any plan-specific terms displayed at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and RickyLaserArt regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements.
